Strategy: This platinum takes very precise timing, speed, good aim, and a lot of practice to get it just right. Pick up the sniper rifle and point it towards the guy upstairs. Aim and take him out with a headshot, then get the camera next to him. Look toward the guy between the two buildings to your right and shoot him after he has started walking towards you. If you shoot him before about 1:53, the girl will see him die. Run to the back left corner of the fenced area and shoot the girl through the fence. You have to choices here. You can run to the right to where you can see the guy at the bottom of the stairs and shoot him from the fenced in area. You might want to run to the stairs and shoot him through the stairs from right next to him. Be careful, he can see you easily if you do this. I found the first method easier. You should be at about 1:40 or higher as you start up the stairs. Go into the room at the top and open the exit door. Go back out and to the room with the mines. Drop into the room and press activate to open the door as you drop. Back up and pick up the mines. Run out to the left and after you go under the board, toss a mine onto the dish, making sure the camera doesn't see you. If you have timed this right, you can run along the building with the camera on it, under the camera so it doesn't see you. Go around the right side of the little building next to the stairs, down the stairs and to the finish as the dish explodes. Submitted by spookisfat Alternate Strategy: You must be dead-on with your sniping skills because this platinum depends on you being able to take out the targets in the first portion of this Challenge with extreme accuracy and speed. With that said..... Shoot the guard on top of the stairs, hit the camera, kill the male soldier between the two buildings, followed by the female soldier to the left. Now you have to take out the white guard who patrols on the ground by the bottom of the stairs. You'll have to snipe him in between the steps of the staircase, and you'll have to hit him last because he won't show up until about the time that you should be done sniping the female soldier. Once you snipe that last guard, check the timer. If it's still on 1:46, you should be good to go. This puts you in perfect timing with that last camera, so that when you throw your mine and come around that corner on the wall you won't get spotted. Go up the stairs, hit the switch, get the mines, go left out the door and back towards the camera. This is the hardest part for me, you have to have your aim ready and as soon as that plywood plank is out of your way, toss the mine. The first toss has to be good, otherwise the dish won't be destroyed in time. As you throw that mine, hug the wall underneath the camera, then run around the right side of the small shack, down the stairs and you're there. Submitted by Psycold Alternate Strategy: I didn't use that strategy. Too much work. I just picked up the pistol.. ran in went right, around the building with the mines in it. Then between the two buildings... staying next to the wall ont the right to avoid the camera, then shot the chick in the head. Still staying close the wall went towards the two story building... shot Cpt. Snow in the back of the head... went up the stairs...shot him in the head... or you can try to snipe him with the pistol when you first start while strafing. Then go in, press the unlock switch. Shoot the camera, get the timed mines, make sure you open the door while you drop. Run out... go right... throw a mine up at the dish while you run towards the exit.... should get a platinum. THat's what I did. I couldn't do the whole... snipe quick, snipe quick.. thing. Submitted by Steve "The Ghost" Cook Alternate Strategy: (Strategy w/o sniping skills) Grab the silenced pistol and walk to the front of the building with the timed mines. Go left (when timed right you walk right past the guard) and strafe to the right, avoiding the camera and perform a headshot at the female soldier. Now go into the building with the camera control and disable both cameras (get some speed in pressing those buttons; A,Y,A,Y,A). When done leave the building and go left around the building to the stairs. Now headshot the guard which should be facing the opposite direction (You can also walk past him since he won't notice, but I'm not sure whenether he will see you when walking into the Dam later) and move up the stairs and headshot that guard also. Now go into the room which controls the secured entrance of the Dam, open the door using the switch and get out of the room. Dash to the left and jump into the hole. (Open the door as you jump into it, and then grab the mines for 1-2 sec advantage.) Now comes the nifty part, the patrol guard will either be at the right or left side of the building depending on shots fired in his neighbourhood which will cause him to freeze for some secs. (you can check on this whenether you walk towards the hole to the timed mines-building). If he's left, go right around the building and strafe in the direction of the secured Dam-door and throw a mine meanwhile and wait before the Dam-door until the Dish is destoryed. Complete! This is an alternative method for people without motion-sniping skills and problems with those camera's. Strategy: There are only three guys to kill on this level. When you start, run while you switch to your luger. As soon as you get onto the top walkway, turn right and kill the guy down below. Make sure you shoot his head, if you dont restart. This goes for all bots on the level, if they dont die from one shot, restart. You have to wait for this guy to get behind the box, otherwise his fellow on the dock will see him. Run off the boat, round the corner and up the stairs. As you are running on the floor you just reach, hit the guy in the head. run down the stairs, take a right, snipe the guy in the head and run out the door. Done! Submitted by Ghost Alternate Strategy: As soon as you start, move out of the little room your in and stand on the balcony. Point your pistol down at the man walking away from you and shoot him. (Make sure you get a head shot so that he dies straight away, you must try and get a headshot to everyone, otherwise restart the game)* Now run over to the little bridge and cross over when the other man has walked out of range so that he cannot sense you. Now as you go up the few steps the next man in this little area should be facing away and walking away from you, if he is not, you have enough time to wait for him to turn away. Now run up the steps. Once you are up the steps, edge around the next corner slowly and shoot the man in the head. Now run down the stairs and you should turn right slightly to see a man walking away from you (if you have timed it right). Dont go too close to him and make sure you shoot him in the head. Now run as quickly as you can out of the door. Its an easy platinum really. Submitted by Greg Alternate Strategy: When you start, strafe a little bit right and go forward. Turn on your aimer. Look left and then down. Drop down to the crate in front of you. Go forward, turn right, and you will see a Hatchet Sal. Switch to unarmed. (you can do this in the beginning). Punch his back. If a person with a hat or another Hatchet Sal sees you, restart. After you punch the first Hatchet Sal, go up the stairs. You will see a that guy with the hat. When you look left there are stairs. Don't go up the stairs yet. Switch to Silenced Luger and shoot just above his head. Now, go up the stairs. Once you are up, look right, go forward, look left, and you will see a Hatchet Sal. Shoot his head and strafe down the stairs. While strafing look a little down. There will be a guy with a hat and a Hatchet Sal once you get down. Shoot the guy's head. The other Hatchet Sal won't notice you. Run to the exit. With this strat, I got 13.9 seconds. Submitted by The Machinist Rewards: Will be added later.
Strategy: Hold up on your controller before the game starts so you get going right as it begins. If you just walk straight, the first camera won't see you. Now comes the hard part. When you're coming up on the 2nd camera, you will be sidestepping to your right while looking to your left, looking straight at a slanted pillar. Once you're out of the 2nd camera's pink zone run just to the right of the pillar and sidestep behind it, using it for cover from the 2nd one. Once you're there, sidestep left under the 3rd camera and head over to the right side of the road going under the next camera. Once you get to the corner, hide behind the wall there, facing the same direction as u started. Once you see enough room to run so the cop won't see you, sprint around the corner staying as close to the right wall with out hitting it as possible.
